By downloading or using TINT — Color Harmony Puzzle ("the app"), published by Hugo Software, you agree to these terms.
The service
TINT is a free, offline color puzzle game. There are no ads, no in-app purchases and no accounts in the current version. The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on Android devices you own or control. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse-engineer or create derivative works of the app except where applicable law permits.
Intellectual property
All content in the app — code, level designs, generated color boards, artwork, name and logo — belongs to Hugo Software.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Hugo Software is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the app.
Changes to the app or terms
We may update the app and these terms. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
